Which currencies can I shop in?

Our shop base currency is in USD. However, you can select other currency from the currency selector at the bottom of the page.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Grap Pay and PayPal. Please refer to Payment Policy for more details.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship all over the world! All international orders will be shipped using shipping service with tracking facility (tracking number will be provided). Please refer to Shipping Policy for more details.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we do. Free local shipping with no minimum order amount, and free international standard shipping for orders over US$50. Please refer to Shipping Policy for full details.

What is the turnaround time?

We ship from Singapore. The required turnaround time prior to shipping is 3-5 business days.

Your security and privacy are of utmost importance to us. Our site is powered by Shopify which covers all 6 PCI compliant standard, and it's using SSL secure connection, a security technology that enables encrypted communication between the web browser and web server; all information transmitted on this site will be safely encrypted and private. There are two things you will notice when you are on a secure website – a SSL padlock icon will appear at the address bar, and the website address will start with “https://” (e.g. https://www.cozy.sg).

How to determine what watch strap size to get?

Click on ‘Size Guide’ just right above the 'Add To Cart' button on the product page to view the size recommendations. You can also refer to our Watch Strap Sizing Guide for full details on strap sizing. If you are still unsure and need assistance, please feel free to contact us, we would be glad to help.

Do I need to register an account to place order?

No, it's optional. You are able to place order and check out as guest without creating an account.

How do I know my order has been received?

You will receive an email confirmation regarding your order, and another email confirmation when your order is complete. If you don’t receive any email confirmation at all, please check your spam/junk folder, or contact us.

How do I change my order or shipping info?

If your order has not been shipped, we are able to make the necessary changes for you. Please contact us with your order number and product information.

What about returns and exchange?

We have a 30-day return policy. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reasons you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept return for exchange or refund within 30 days from the date of receiving the item. Please refer to Return & Exchange for full details.
